Dale DeHoff
Turning a Cigar Pen Dale is a frequent contributor to the International Penturners Association website. He’s been turning for about 10 years and started making these imitation Cigar Pens about 5 years ago. Since then Dale has developed a number of special tools that add to the realism of these beautiful pieces. He has made a number of variations including cigars that appear to be lit and some with no ashes. Oddly enough Dale doesn’t smoke cigars - his cigar bands come from a friend. This should be a VERY interesting demonstration with a “Hands-On” session to follow. |
